I heard a cat speak once. Sometimes I fall asleep in bed and wake up in the bathtub. I want to live for a year in a country whose language I don’t speak, because I think the world is a little more beautiful when you don’t understand it. Food eaten in graveyards just tastes better. My fortune cookies always come true. Moonlight is the world’s way of reminding you that there’s always beauty in darkness. I am convinced that somewhere in the world is one word that will always mean exactly what you wanted to say. Everyone deserves a second chance. Brownies are in fact dinner if you eat them at night. My dreams always have at least one zombie in them. Feeding birds is more relaxing than meditation. I love presents, but I hate when people spend money on me. Typos make me giggle because I always read them out loud. In my world, “moose” is both a noun and a question word. I can eat Jello with chopsticks. “I’m sorry” really does make everything better, but only if you mean it. I save green Skittles for last. I believe that my purpose in life is to make people smile. The universe does not require our understanding in order to function as it should. It isn’t possible to read every novel ever written, but I intend to try. If you don’t think there’s anything good about your life, then you haven’t been paying attention. I am grateful for kittens, bad poetry, and the kindness of strangers. Puddles are for jumping in. I believe that everyone should have at least two friends: one who thinks they are perfect, and one who knows that no one is perfect and loves them anyway. I am still waiting to grow up.
